The Marketing Division's mission is to improve consumer perception about the value of health insurance and to drive membership in Covered California by implementing marketing and advertising campaigns, leveraging insights from consumer research and marketing analytics, increasing brand awareness and driving enrollment through customer acquisition and lead-nurturing efforts. The Marketing Division uses targeted and timely member communication to increase brand loyalty, brand advocacy, and retention, while ultimately enhancing Covered California's brand recognition and brand image. Our marketing team strives to understand and improve the consumer journey experience through collaborative, cross-divisional efforts.
