Navigator Program Request For Application Resources
All organizations interested in applying for Navigator Program funding should carefully review the below resources before submitting their application.
Appendix A – CalSim v1.8 Enrollment Data
For more insight Covered California's target populations by ethnicity, gender, age, etc. please review Appendix A.
Organizations applying to the Regional Funding Pool should review Appendix B for a list of the counties the proposal must cover in each region.
Please use this form to submit your questions per the Grant Application Process in Section 3.2 of the Navigator Program RFA.
Use this market segmentation data on Covered California's target population in developing the Navigator work plan and application.
Most uninsured individuals who are eligible for subsidies through Covered California live in 100 zip codes within 18 of California's 58 counties. Applicants that apply to the regional funding pool must propose to serve the entire region and areas of the region with the highest concentrations of uninsured and eligible individuals.

December 3, 2013: Covered California will host a webinar about the Navigator Program.
The purpose of the webinar is to provide organizations interested in the program an overview of policy recommendations, and to solicit feedback from stakeholders on state regulations and the Request for Application.
This will be the first public viewing of the Navigator Program Request for Application to be released early next year.
