Outreach & Education

The purpose of the Outreach & Education Program is to promote public awareness and inform consumers and small businesses about their options to obtain affordable health coverage through Covered California. The Program provides consumers and small businesses with information and tools where individuals and employers can enroll on their own. Through the effort of the Program, Covered California hopes to remove barriers to enrollment that keep eligible consumers and small businesses from applying and to drive small business to resources that are available to them.
