Enrollee Satisfaction Survey scores are reflected in the Health Plan Quality Ratings available on the Covered California.com website here: https://www.coveredca.com/individuals-and-families/quality-ratings/

These are reflected in the "Member’s Care Experience" ratings, which show as the third star rating row on each of the health plans’ rating cards, as shown on the Health Plan Quality Ratings page of Covered California’s consumer site.
