The Plan Performance Report (PPR) highlights various measures derived from data collected by Covered California through Contract Compliance templates, Certification Application submissions, and public data. The 2025 Plan Self-Reported Performance Data includes data spanning Measurement Years 2020 to 2024, depending on the specific measure, with some measures stratified by health plan or health plan product type. The measures are organized into four sections: Qualified Health Plan Accreditation, Data Sharing & Exchange, Delivery System & Payment Strategies, and Cost and Affordability.
