RFP 2016-26 Service Center Desk Support

The purpose of this RFP is for Covered California to solicit proposals from qualified bidders to provide temporary support to support a successful transition to State-managed support of desktops and infrastructure. More specifically, this RFP seeks vendor support to design, document, and implement service desk processes, including automated processes and procedures while also providing day-to-day end user service desk support. In addition, this RFP seeks services to design, document, and implement both manual and automated processes to support the general infrastructure needs of the Covered California service centers in Rancho Cordova and Fresno. Finally, this RFP, also seeks transition services to ensure that adequate knowledge transfer of the new manual and automated processes for both the service desk and the infrastructure environment in the service center has been successfully transitioned to State management and control.
