HBEX5 - The California Health Benefit Exchange is seeking proposals for the Consultation on Qualified Health Plan Management and Delivery System Improvement.

The Exchange is the state agency that is building the Federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act’s qualified health exchange for individuals and small businesses in California. This links to a formal solicitation to secure an experienced consultant firm to assist us in establishing standards for participating by Qualified Health Plans in the Exchange and assuring that Exchange programs, as implemented through participating plans, have an impact on delivery system improvements.  This procurement is part of  the Exchange’s Level I Grant implementation activities. The Exchange must complete these activities to become a federally qualified and fully operational exchange.
