The Marketing Division's mission is to improve consumer preception about the value of health insurance and to drive membership in Covered California by:

  • Implementing marketing and advertising campaigns, leveraging insights from cconsumer research and marketing analytics, increasing brand awareness and driving enrollment through customer aquisition and lead-nurturing efforts;
  • Using targeted and timely member communication to increase brand loyalty, brand advocacy, and retention;
  • Enhancing Covered California's brand recognition and brand image;
  • Understanding and improving the consumer journey experience through collaborative, corss-divisional efforts; and
  • Measuring and maximizing marketing impact's on consumers.
