Covered California University


Covered California University (CCU) is the enterprise-training and knowledge management branch. CCU develops and delivers training to all internal staff and external service-channel partners. Working with various programs, CCU manages and distributes information to assist Covered California and its external service-channel partners who help consumers with their health care needs. CCU administers the technology that supports information and training, including the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Knowledgebase and the Absorb Learning Management System (LMS).
